We do not store raw messages from your chat messaging platform on our servers. Instead, we scrub messages of names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and other personal identifying information.
We store this non-PII data on our servers and use it as training data for our machine learning algorithms to provide you with suggestions. Each company gets it's own training data – chat message data is NOT shared between different companies on our Platform.
We have built Clarity Hub to use secure networking and security patterns in order to protect our data.
We encrypt all in-flight data over HTTPs.
In the event of a data breach, we will email all members of your team with details and the extent of the data breach within 24 hours of our team discovering the data breach.
We do not store your passwords on our servers.
All debit/credit card information is stored on Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.
